The Anderson-Crain Investment Group completed a 1031 Exchange of the Maverick Apartment Complex in early December. The resulting exchange provided a return to investors of over 25% from the sale. The exchange is being used for a commercial development in McPherson, KS that appraised at 19.4% over building value, which will provide an additional return of over 105% to the investors.
At close in January, the overall return on the 18 month investment will be 135%. ACIG would like to thank its investors for their support, along with Prairie-Land Works for their help with the development.
