The Anderson-Crain Investment Group completed a 1031 Exchange of the Maverick Apartment Complex in early December. The resulting exchange provided a return to investors of over 25% from the sale. The exchange is being used for a commercial development in McPherson, KS that appraised at 19.4% over building value, which will provide an additional return of over 105% to the investors. At close in January, the overall return on the 18 month investment will be 135%. The Anderson-Crain Investment Group is proud to announce the acquisition of a 75,000 square foot warehouse in the manufacturing town of Arcola, IL. The warehouse is home to a Fortune 500 company that utilizes the square footage for their strategic manufacturing plant across town. The property is located near four major interstates (I-57, I-70, I-72, I-74), within three hours of three major cities (Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis) and allows multiple distribution channels for the company.
